REFUND POLICY

At Ani, we care about your comfort and want every purchase to be a pleasant experience.
Below are the terms for returns and exchanges, including our special try-on delivery service.

1. Returns for “Delivery with Fitting” Option
If you chose courier delivery with fitting:
– if you decide not to purchase, the delivery fee (60 ₪) is non-refundable;
– if you keep the items — delivery becomes free, and we refund the delivery payment.
Payment can be made in cash or by card upon delivery.

If you prepaid your order online and the items don’t fit, we’ll refund the product cost, excluding the delivery fee (if the fitting service was used).

2. Returns for Standard Shipping (Israel Post)
– Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
– Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
– Non-returnable items: underwear, sale items, gift cards.

3. How to Make a Return
To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at info@ani-activewear.co.il, including your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the shipping address.

– Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless due to a defective item).
– Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund, including delivery costs.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
