SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Options
We offer two delivery methods across Israel:

• Israel Post — delivery within 3–5 business days.

• Courier delivery with fitting option — available in the central region of Israel.

2. Delivery Fees

• Free shipping for orders over 300 ₪.

• For orders under 300 ₪ — 25 ₪ (Israel Post).

• Courier delivery with fitting — 60 ₪.

3. Payment and Fitting Conditions
For courier delivery with fitting, you pay only the delivery fee (60 ₪) when placing your order.
Payment for the items themselves can be made in cash or by card upon delivery.

If you decide to keep the items after fitting, we will refund the 60 ₪ delivery fee.
If you choose not to purchase, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Alternatively, you can prepay your order online — if the items do not fit, we’ll refund your full payment (excluding the delivery cost for fitting service).

4. Fitting Process
After receiving your order, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp to:
– confirm your size and preferences;
– schedule the delivery day and time;
– offer additional sizes or colour options for fitting.

When the courier arrives, you’ll have 20 minutes to try on the items.
The courier will wait outside the door and can assist with payment (cash or card).

5. Delivery Time

• Israel Post: 3–5 business days.

• Courier with fitting (central region): 1–3 business days.

6. Responsibility and Support
Ani is not responsible for postal or courier delays but will always stay in touch to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
